Inquiries, quotes, and orders

Submitting an inquiry does not create an order. Each request is reviewed individually and confirmed in writing along with a quote. An order is accepted only once Luna Fiora confirms it and any required payment or deposit is received.

Custom and seasonal design

All work is custom and made with fresh, seasonal material. Flower varieties, colors, and vessels shown on this site or in inspiration images may not be available at the time of your event. Substitutions of equal or greater value and comparable style may be made at the designer's discretion to preserve the overall look and quality of the design.

Pricing and payment

Changes and cancellations

Delivery, pickup, and setup

Care and freshness

Fresh flowers and living plants are perishable. Once delivered or collected, care of the arrangement is the client's or recipient's responsibility. Please report any concern about condition on the day of delivery so it can be addressed.

Photography and portfolio use

Luna Fiora may photograph completed work and use those images for portfolio, website, and social media purposes. If you prefer your florals not be shared, tell us in writing before your date.

Communications and text messaging

Where you have opted in, Luna Fiora may contact you by SMS and email regarding your inquiry and order. SMS consent is collected only through an unchecked, standalone checkbox on our inquiry form and is never a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. Intellectual property

Site content, imagery, and designs are the property of Luna Fiora and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna Fiora's liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
